We are on the market since 2007, and our products - rock-solid swiss engineering - have earned a good reputation in the community. They are used in small hobbyist environments as well as international broadcasting companies. But believing is good - better is always to try on your own: you can test everything within 60 days and return it for a full refund if you don't like them for any reason. Also, we give an extensive 5-year warranty where we will replace or repair eventual defects for free.

What mains voltage / plug type do you ship?

We include the proper plug version of power supply for your country. Available types are US, Europe, UK and Australian/Chinese. Regardless of the plug, all power supplies work from 90 to 240 VAC.

How much taxes and custom fees apply if I order from you?

• German customers / EU private customers and businesses without VAT ID:
  We ship from our German stock and include 19% german VAT. You don't have to pay additional VAT or custom duties if you're within the EU.
• EU business customers outside Germany with VAT ID:
  We ship from our German stock and do not charge any VAT. Please indicate your VAT ID during checkout.
• Swiss customers:
  We ship from Swiss stock and include 8.1% Swiss VAT.
• Other countries:
  We ship VAT-free from our German stock. Local taxes and/or custom fees may be charged to you on import depending on your countries regulations.
