How to pay

For customers within the EU, the preferred way of payment is pre-payment via bank-transfer to our german bank account.This is fast, convenient and free for both parties. We'll send you a proforma invoice with the payment details and ship as soon as the money is credited to our account. If you send us a screenshot with the payment confirmation, we can ship immediately (if the items are available ex-stock, which is normally the case).

For customers outside the EU, we recommend using PayPal to <info@appsys.ch>. With PayPal, it is also possible to pay via credit card.

VAT / Custom Fees

The indicated prices are excl. VAT. We don't charge VAT or custom fees; when shipping to the EU, the local VAT is usually charged directly from you on import (via the carrier or the local custom authorities). If you have an EU VAT-ID, the carrier can also bill your VAT ID directly.

Custom fees don't apply when importing into the EU, because our goods are of Swiss preferential origin and therefore are subject to the EU/CH free trade agreement.

Returns

You may return the items within 60 days after reception for a full refund, if you don't like them for any reason. Please note that items must be in mint condition.

Warranty

We give a comprehensive 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering correct function (proper use provided). Please contact us before sending goods back, we always try to find a fast and cost-effective solution for you.
